Pricing

How much do sessions and clubs cost?

Clubs are charged at £10 per session, payable upon booking.

Our After School Clubs are priced at £15 per child per session. Fees are paid ahead of sessions per term. Invoices will be provided once places have been confirmed with parents/carers.

One-to-One sessions are charged at £25 per hour and take place in your own home unless agreed otherwise. We recommend booking 3 sessions to start with. Sessions are paid for upon booking.

Booking

How do I book?

After School WellBees Clubs are available to book directly through us. You will be required to complete registration and safety forms when joining us and session fees are payable ahead of the term commencing.

We welcome enquiries for drop in sessions and will accommodate these where possible on a first come first served basis. 

Children

Can children from another school attend the after school club?

Sadly not, but if you would like a wellbeing club in your school please contact us and we will reach out to the school directly. 

Safety

What safety considerations are in place?

All of our staff are DBS checked. Read our full safeguarding policy. A first-aid trained adult will alway be supervising. In the event of an accident first aid is readily available and a report will be provided to you. Any specific concerns or needs for your child can be communicated to us when registering.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?

Please see the cancellation policy outline within your agreement. Cancellation options vary depending on which service you have booked.

We hold full public liability insurance.
